Our service technicians are equipped with a mobile terminals that allow direct communication between the call center and field technicians. The technicians receive all data related directly to their terminal including location, the nature of the fault, history, contacts, etc. When the technician finish repairing the air conditioner, the client receives an updated report from the field regarding the manner and type of repair performed.
